Helping London’s world renowned arts centre deliver BIG for young creatives.
BACKGROUND:
For 3 years I’ve collaborated with the Barbican, helping them deliver their Creative Learning and Creative Careers programs. This involves a fascinating mix of projects, from programme design & delivery and curriculum enrichment, to live events and mentoring sessions.
High points so far have included helping budding YouTubers get started through a reviewers programme, teaching brand identity at one of the country’s largest secondary schools, and hosting a live event for 500 people in the Barbican’s main auditorium.
RESULTS:
As part of the team that delivers the Creative Learning programme my work has contributed to the Barbican continuing to reach 80,000 young people a year, with 13,000 benefitting from direct engagement through programmes and workshops like mine.
